Site Resources:

• I typically use W3schools for overall HTML & CSS tutorials.
• MDN was real helpful when starting to learn CSS
• Notepad++ is useful for writing out code. It's highly customizable, and compatability with lots of coding languages. Did I mention it's FREE?
• EZ Gif Maker is my go-to site for making gifs. Just pop in the images, adjust settings to your liking, compress, and you're off to the races. The images are wiped from their site an hour after use, so no fear of theft. The site is also useful for a myriad of other image-related stuff, like resizing, webp conversion, etc.
• Dither It is an image dithering tool. Great for lowering an images color count, or just for dithering for fun. Like stylizing it, or matching the colors to your website. Good for if you want a pixelated vibe to your pictures. I think it's neat.
• Pixel Planet Generator is great for making GIFs of little custom planets and other celestial bodies. Also just fun to mess around with.
• The mouse sparkles I use are found here, along with other little scripts! Super handy & easy to use.
• A kitty cat mouse chaser I ended up not using, but wouldn't hurt to put here.
• Swifty has some fun little backgrounds you might like. Button also above
• Tiny identity buttons available from this Flight Rising user.
• GlowTxt is exactly what it says on the tin. Make images of glowing text. Funky font.

Other Resources:

• YTMP3 is a simple Youtube-to-MP3 converter. Also can output MP4.
• A list of good films available for free on the Internet Archive! Mostly horror. A lot of classics in here.
• Soma FM is a free radio site with no ads or signup. Stations separated by genre.
• Insect Identification my beloved.
• Blockbench is a nice free program for low-poly 3d texturing or even modeling. I only really used it to make minecraft skins. :P

Fun Sites:

• Corru Works is an interesting browser game-ish experience that has amazing visuals and intrigue. I think it's about aliens?
• Space E-Mail, where you can scream into the void across time, and you have no idea where or when it'll end up. Like a message in a bottle.
• Ozwomp Online is a surreal online digital world.
• HORG is a site that treats Occlupanids, the little plastic tabs on the end of bread & such, as if they're living creatures. They're catalogued by a whole community.
• A bit more well known than the others, but I like to play Ponytown. The MMO aspects are alright, but I mainly use it for the character creation aspect. Helps bring my little gay horses to life.
• Benisland has a generator for making silly gifs of an image being pet. Use it for your blorbos. It's silly.
• Ocearch is a marine critter tracking website. Keep tabs on sharks & such around the world. Including their names. I spent at least an hour browsing.

These sites are all free, and in no particular order by preference.
